Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director - Tiffin, OH
Pediatrix is seeking an experienced Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director to lead and support inpatient pediatric services at our community hospital. This role combines clinical practice with physician leadership, offering the opportunity to shape high-quality pediatric care while maintaining a balanced schedule.
The Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director will provide clinical coverage while partnering with hospital leadership to ensure excellence in pediatric inpatient care. This role includes oversight of care delivery, support of best practices, and collaboration with nursing, OB, and ancillary teams.
This position is well-suited for a Pediatric Hospitalist ready to step into—or continue growing in—a Medical Director role while maintaining hands-on clinical practice.
