Responsibilities

 

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a collaborative and well-supported team serving three NICUs in Northern Utah. All experience levels are welcome, including new graduates.

 

About the Opportunity:

  • You will work within a primary site, supported by 2 additional locations:
    • Ogden Regional Medical Center – Level III NICU, 26 beds (Primary)
    • Davis Hospital and Medical Center – Level III NICU, 15 beds
    • Lakeview Hospital – Level II NICU, 6 beds

Work-Life Balance Focused: 

  • Manageable Average Daily Census:
    • Ogden: 20 
    • Davis: 10
    • Lakeview: 3
  • Team Composition:
    • 2.5 Neonatologists
    • 5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
  • Schedule: 24-hour shifts with call from home, offering excellent work-life balance
