Responsibilities

 

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our dynamic OBGYN hospitalist team at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital, Tampa’s premier destination for childbirth.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a WHNP or CNM required
  • Collaborate on OB triage, ER, OB and GYN consults, patient rounds, and fetal monitoring
  • 12-hour shifts (day/night), 11–14 shifts/month with flexible scheduling
  • Deliveries handled by physician team
  • Over 6,000 annual deliveries, 20% by our hospitalist team
  • Supported by a Level-IV NICU, 24/7 neonatology and anesthesia teams

Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification as either a CNM or WHNP
  • Minimum of a master’s degree
