• 30‑bed Level III NICU within a designated regional perinatal center
• Average daily census of 13 patients
• Approximately 3,700 deliveries annually and 400+ NICU admissions
• Advanced therapies include:
• High Frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV)
• Inhaled nitric oxide
• Therapeutic hypothermia

Flexible & Sustainable Scheduling

• Combination of 24‑hour in‑house coverageand 10‑hour day shifts, with home call overnight
• Built to support long-term career satisfaction

Academic & Teaching Engagement

• Opportunity to teach Family Practice and Ob/GYN residents, as well as observational students
