Responsibilities

 

Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our well-established practice at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida—a vibrant coastal community known for its stunning beaches and relaxed lifestyle.

Practice Highlights

  • Thrive in a busy, 28-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 19 and approximately 2,700 annual deliveries.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with alternating weeks of daily rounds and evening call from home—designed to support work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with a cohesive team of in-house NNPs providing 24/7 coverage.
  • Full subspecialty support and a dedicated transport team.
  • Must reside within 30 minutes of the hospital.
  • Engage in medical education through our partnership with the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, hosting rotating medical students.
