Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to newborns and their families? We’re looking for a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to become a vital part of our collaborative and compassionate NICU team at Tacoma General Hospital, a leading facility in the Pacific Northwest.

  • High-Acuity Experience: Work in a Level III/IV NICU with approximately 4,000 deliveries annually, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment.

Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master’s degree 

Benefits and Compensation

Pay Range (Base Pay): $135,000 - $176,000 based on years of experience as licensed NNP.

Other Types of Pay: Bonus potential

Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis.  Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

NOTE: Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire.  Team members who meet the plan’s minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible. 

Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
