Responsibilities

Are you looking for a rewarding neonatology role that also supports a healthy work-life balance? Nestled in the scenic Ozark Mountains and near multiple lakes, our practice offers the ideal blend of professional fullfillment and personal flexibility.

We are a well-established team of 4 neonatologists and 5 NNPs. We have a manageable Level III NICU — a place where you’ll care for a balanced-mix of patients without the high-volume burnout. Hospital-employed pediatricians handle routine newborn care, allowing you to focus on what you do best. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or part-time flexibility, we invite you to consider joining our team.
